Great episode, love Dr. Drew, I really laughed when Khalyla asked him if he had "compassion fatigue." My one piece of advice would be to resist over-identifying and over-pathologizing your trauma. Yes, it impacts everything, but at a certain point, you can become addicted to your own narrative and limit yourself accordingly. Talking only in "therapy" speak is not health - see Whitney Cumming's podcast for the best example of this ever. Dr. Drew has such a calming presence. He was such a great choice for a guest!
Annie: "I literally can heal people, with JIZZ jokes!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I cried when Annie started crying too. This was such a great episode and so relatable. Quoting another poster here, but it hit home for me too. Especially what she went through with being called a liar at a young age when you are trying to do the right thing. It hurts and it hurts forever.

One of the best moments where dr drew can assess his once unsolved issues
He makes any podcast a wonderful experience
I loved this. Thank you all for your honestly. I also have a hard time being straight forward with people and I often betray myself, so it was so nice hearing that from someone else. I’m glad I’m not the only one!
" I can heal people with jizz jokes" I love you Annie!!
this episode was amazing! Dr. Drew should be on here once a month for sure! Annie made me tear up from her segment.. I relate to you so much in so many ways, Love you Annie!! ❤️
Dr. Drew vs the 1970's. Love him.
Annie talking ab her trauma is seriously one of the things that keeps me going. she has no clue how much i look up to her & she always makes me feel like i’m not alone. we need more people to talk with open arms like her ❤️
Dr Drew is an amazing guest. Really, really, really enjoyed this episode.
watching this proves to me that yes i am still in love with dr drew. this was so good 🥺 i was so emotional he cares so much
Watching this on mushrooms, I just want to say, I really appreciate the interior design of the set. The colors are very visually pleasing.
I loved this pod today with dr. Drew can we please have him back 💜 I’m so proud of all 3 of you opening up!
Even though he doesn't call it this, I love that Dr. Drew is normalizing intuitive/energy healing (How he can sense people's energy and trauma in his body etc). He doesn't talk much about how his wife is a medium but I believe he has more in common with her than he lets on. Dude is tapped IN.
So obsessed with this combo! I didn’t want this episode to end. Love the information and conversation. We need a once a month Dr drew check in!
Whoa!
Dr Drew speaking about how he could feel Khalyla's trauma/stress- even the area it comes from- has been the first time I've ever heard anyone express what I feel from people all the time.
I've been a career bartender most of my working life, and have been wanting to go in to the phycology for a long while.
Maybe I could hope to be as intuitive as Dr. Pinsky, one day.
I love this show, listened to every single one.
Love these ladies and their ability to be real and vulnerable, and find humor and beauty everywhere regardless.
Such a breath of fresh air from the last guest!
Annie tearinig up made me so emotional. I relate to her so much...❤️❤️
This episode… holy shit, ladies! I need at least two more hours of Dr. Drew on Trash Tuesday; not even kidding.
So excited to see Dr.Mommy with the slugs! So much trauma to explore!
Legit cried with you all watching this. Thank you for being so open
My favorite podcast has someone on from another podcast I watch, and my birthday is tomorrow, but this feels like an early birthday present!
Touch my camera through the fence, slugs.
Happy birthday! 🐌🎉
Hey how do you get a job here
Happy early birthday!!! 🎉🎂
Keep feathering it brother
What? 😉
It’s very refreshing how y’all talk about dark parts of your past without making it depressing or taboo!
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this episode!!! Thank you ladies for being open and sharing and thank you Dr. Drew for all the work you do, you were all BEYOND amazing! As someone who has trauma struggles what you all do really helps me accept that I am not crazy and there are others who struggle like I do.
I love these women!!! You are all so brave and inspiring. Thank you for doing what you do.
He’s awesome if you listen for years you know he is a very good natured
Dr Drew should be a constant guest on your show because he has a lot information to share with us and he’s also enlightening us on issues that are important.💯
