Hi ! Thank you for taking the time to comment, unfortunately the doctor had me on several different medications for my depression but none for my insomnia. Wasn’t ready to start another medication. Currently sleep aid is what helps. Every once in a while, I have to completely stop cold turkey because of my tolerance level. Thank you again for the recommendations and advice. 🫶🏽❤️🩹

When I was in treatment they gave me temazepam. I don’t know if it the same thing. But it did help me sleep most night.
