Terri Blackstock is one of my favorites and I've read most of her books. An author I have recently picked up is Joel C. Rosenberg. I tend to binge his books. I've read his first 2 series and plan to start his Third Target series in the next few days.
I don't read a lot of romantic suspense, so I can't speak to those, but I concur with your other recommendations! Fantastic series! With Every Letter by Sarah Sundin was not my favorite by her, but you might like it better than I did!

Yeah for If I Run, hope you enjoy... warning make sure you have access to the next two in the series as Casey's story doesn't wrap up in book one.

The book I want to read for your start a series prompt is Blessings in Disguise by Nancy Mehl in the Sugarcreek Amish Mysteries series.

I've only read Double Take so that's the one I recommend however Edge of Dusk is on my tbr list.hope you enjoy.
