seriously, when you are supposed to be demoing built in rhythm patterns, why do you not let us hear them instead of this annoying background elevator music?
2 effects per track, one for pre-amps, overdrive, etc, the second for modulation like delay. No reverb effects except for the built in reverb on each track.
You can't program intros, fills and patterns on the R4? My ancient Zoom PS02 allows me to program the rhythm track for each section and set how many measures.
Damn, that blows:( I just got the R4 and hadn't messed with it yet. I may as well record drums from the PS02 over to the R4. I still actively use the PS02 for silent practice. The dead media format kills an otherwise perfect piece of kit that has never failed me.
@@Steven-kj7xq I found that the only way I can get rhythm tracks I created is to connect my PS02 to the R4 and record them onto a track. The rhythm section on the R4 is too basic for me to use. I tested it. Played with the levels first on both devices and then recorded. It does work.
Not one video of the R4, by Zoom or any YT channel, does an overview of how to set up the hardware, cables, lines in and out. Will the headphone jack provide audio to a monitor or cabinet? How are these RUclips reviewers playing guitar with an effect o the sound and I am hearing on the video in "real time" not a recording from the R4? All I get from them all is "recording into an R20". So, in other words, to hear my guitar track AS I PLAY, I need another piece of equipment?
Questions.. i put audio line into track 4 but sound not real.. not clear.. sound like lot of echo or revert... i already turn off the effects on track 4

I uploaded a video of the rhythms here… ruclips.net/video/FoNZDuWqFzM/видео.html
Why anoy background?
I love how this is not a demo
Can you use multiple FX per track? And I truly hope someone from Zoom actually answers the question ppl have.

Are the input fx printed to the audio files?
good question!
can record a track and listen to another track at the same time ?
Can you record two stereo keyboards at the same time? Thanks.
"play along to rhythm" Is that through the headphones, or can we send the line out to a monitor?

I used to have a PS-04 and the drum machine was much more capable (and easy to program) than what Zoom moved to using these days.

I just got one for Christmas and so far I love it. Almost as perfect as the old PS-04 (except for the drum machine)

Are there bass tracks like my obsolete ps-04 had? Are the drum tracks able to be customized? I didn't see this these in the online manual.
Will I need to use camera kit usb 3 for iPhone when using as an interface or I can plug in type c to lightning like we do with ik multimedia products?
good question!

Can you store multiple songs and play them back?
is pitch correction possibly an input effect?
