Anime Synopsis:
The city's academies are divided into their own districts and are considered mostly independent.
The General Student Council acts as a governing board to manage the academies as a whole. However, the group's ability to govern has come to a halt since the mysterious disappearance of the General Student Council president. Countless issues have begun to surface throughout Kivotos in the absence of the president's leadership.
To avoid disaster, the General Student Council requests assistance from the Federal Investigation Club, otherwise known as Schale. In fact, Schale is the city's newest club and the last to be approved before the president's disappearance.
To accomplish its task, Schale relies on the guidance of a Sensei who can help them resolve the incidents around Kivotos.
(Students are required to carry personal weapons and smartphones! Get a taste of the military action, love, and friendship the Academy City has to offer!)

About the whispering of Hina, yeah in the gsme was revealed two chapters after that, in two parts, because she said more than that in the game

The action in this episode went a lot better than expected, specially Iori's insane movement. It clearly shows the strength of Prefect Team if sensei is not involved. Hina's appearance is the highlight for me though, no bias at all. Thanks for the reaction as always!
They put in the Licking Iori feet part and Iori stuck in the hole too. Live this ep so much
They rushed the dialogues but the combat at least looks better. I like where the supporters in the game are also really weak in close combats
You nailed it, I felt like something felt a little rushed and it was def the sdalogue, but the action was real nice 🔥
I mean they have like, what? 12 episodes to cover the entirety of Volume 1. How are they going to do that? Also it is an advertisement for the game, so you will have to play the game to get the full story.

Was really concerned about how this episode would turn out, but it looked a lot better than I expected. The action was a lot better directed this time around.
From what I personally know so far, the show is actually pretty faithful to the main story material so far aside from the usual inevitable small cuts and changes here and there.
Hina's words revealed was rushed, but hey they probably are running out of time now and wanted to get more important scenes some more time, who knows, maybe even the swimsuit episode XDD

Iori hopping around with a bolt action, not sure if it's a Mosin Nagant or what, is pretty rad. In the game I thought it was a shotgun at first just by the way she moved around, but its a GD bolt action rifle
Kar 98k, she used that since most of Gehenna students used Germany weaponry
some things are better explained in the game, maybe they covered a bit too mutch for one episode, but overal great. especially the combat action.

It obviously rush, the story goes sooo fast. Compare to the game, it might be better to do 24 episodes
