What I like about how coach yazik does his reaction is that he’s genuinely appreciative of the things to be appreciated for in the performance but he doesn’t give false flattery. On the other hand, he also gives pieces of advice for things that needs improvement on but in a very thoughtful manner. This should be the standard for reactors, honest but tactful, especially when reacting to performances of young artists such as these boys, whom needs more encouragement as they are going through puberty which is a very challenging stage.
PS: I watched the TNT Boys Live and I saw how he genuinely cares for the boys, so, I’m subscribing!
Right? He doesn't flatter..neither he is critical in a hurtful way. His comments are always honest whether it is an appreciation or a constructive advice. And his joy & smile is contagious, too! :)

Keifer fooled me with that super low voice makes me think he can't reach the highest notes anymore and then he will surprised me later when he started hitting those out of nowhere high notes..lol

These Boys are hard workers and their desire to sing, I mean to just sing, is so important to them. THESE YOUNG MEN REALLY KNOW HOW TO DELIVER ANY SONG THAT THEY SING.

I believe this weekly live performance is also their vocal laboratory, and it is paying off. Hitting two birds with one stone - making themselves relevant to their fans and as vocal lab.
