Could you do a shop one day focusing on gluten free products (pasta, bread, etc), organic products, dairy free products, food supplements such as probiotics etc. I rely on a lot of such products lately and am interested to know how I'd get by in JA: whether those things would be hard to find and how expensive they'd be (in the UK anything like that is ALWAYS more expensive).

where in the US would you get all those things for less than $20 US. You people in Jamaica should not complain about food price. There is no where over here you would get 6 brown eggs for $1.60 US. my weekly food bill is about $160-$180 US a week for me and a teenager.
