There are quite a few similar quotes. One of my favourites is from the Synthesis of Yoga: "He who chooses the Infinite has been chosen by the Infinite. He has received the divine touch without which there is no awakening, no opening of the spirit; but once it is received, attainment is sure, whether conquered swiftly in the course of one human life or pursued patiently through many stadia of the cycle of existence in the manifested universe."
If one has the faith or feels intuitively that She is indeed the Divine Mother, then that itself is a clear indication that She has chosen the person. Unless She has willed we cannot feel that She is the Divine Mother indeed.
@@AuroMaa I can only say I love mother, and one day, in a moment of awe-inspiring Joy I spontaneously folded my hands and do Pranam to Her and calling Her Bhagawati. Is this a sign? I really love her, But when I read your answer i can see there is a doubt exists inside. But still I love her, I want to serve her and asking her to give me right things. Is this a good attitude. Plz rply.
To feel love for Her is more than a sign. Being called to the Path is one thing and to feel love for Her and even more so the urge to serve Her is an indication of being chosen.

How can one know that The Mother chose him/her?
