I didn't get any freebies but I did see a krabby deck in my last battle for the medal... he played poorly, sending in krabby for a finishing blow knowing I'd swap in to murk him, and his articuno had no energy. People are so dumb nowadays.
You should be happy to go first with an exeggudor deck, that card is amazing when going first
For me, I still prefer going second cause your opponent might have a Misty card and get three head coins lol
@@JettoFire It's statistically more likely that you go first and get one head with Exeguddor than it is for your opponent to hit 3 heads when going second. Also not all decks play misty. Exeggudor does have a way higher win rate when going first, like objectively.

For me, it's mostly because a lot of players used a Celebi deck, and It's sort of an easy way to get a win. Especially if you start off really bad and your opponent starts off with a Celebi. Also, thank youu, I'm glad you enjoyed the video! 😊

This game just sucks, and the advantage that is given to the one going second is absolutely disproportionate, I had to give up even trying.
Going first is not necessarily back for some decks!! If you run the poison deck with the millipede-looking Pokémon (I forgot the name), the mon’s stage 1 doesn’t require 2 energy like other stage 1s do, and going first allows you to evolve the mon faster. Same goes for the executer pokemon (idk how to spell its name)

only about 10% of decks benefit from going first like my mew golem deck
