Good information. Please upload a video on the options of replying through a signed and scanned reply to a letter received in "Receipt". Options should be of reply other than "Remarks" column. Reply/comments through Remarks column is a well known feature we know it.

That have been discussed earlier that if receipt is received as Hard copy or through eoffice in inbox, there we can either reply or can create new file on basis of receipt or we can attach received receipt to an already existing file.. The same can be even done when something is received in email through email diarization. I think only email diarization is not shown by me else other scenarios are covered if not in one single video but in between some of the videos.
