You can get a huge amount of Jade at the beginning i think. I am now at 150 limited pulls saved up (which are 24k Jade) - not spend anything. But i did grinded the game with passion since its release so - no quest anymore, Forgotten Hall and Simulated Universe almost done (for the first time Clearing reward). Basically only the Daily Jade is left. Which means no other "Income" til 1.1 unless we get some type of Event the next 4? weeks.
Why do all the new players you play seem stupid and weird? I have never seen people like that, the people I meet at least know how to build characters (And now they all have a normal account with good damage and know the story, although... They are still newbies to me, since they don't even know about what's up Genshin: They're out there exploring, dying, drowning, exploding... I don't know what to do with these people anymore, whether to teach them to use advantages or ignore them so they can continue their "good graphics and easy game")... They They will realize that Genshin is not designed to walk around all day doing nothing, they just need to open a chest so they are not completely stupid. I've only been playing for months and I know more than my friend who is 3 years playing. And I'm level 45 and he's level 60. My friend is a good reference, he spends the day exploring but he always ends up dying because his characters are the same level as mine, I don't know if he does it because he doesn't have materials or he's just lazy. But I try harder, and I organize myself so that I'm not running from one place to another, I go to the closest place and then the one that is not close. I'm not going to waste my time going from one place to another like an insect, I prefer to use logic.
The only thing I know is that my luck for pulling on these banners went from bad to worse w star rail 😅 star rail pulls are painfulllllllll 😮💨 oh and also star rail is extremely stingy w their version of purple books and the relic system?! 🥲
