Thanks for the night market tour Chris. Some good visuals. I visited Taiwan once back in 2007 and visited Shihlin Night Market. That seemed to be the popular one that Travel channel covered at the time. I'd be curious to see how it is now and if it's super touristy. Hopefully I can get back to Taiwan in the near future.
Thanks for the detailed walkthrough, as someone from Czechia I liked to see chimney cakes (trdelník) in Taiwan, what a random dessert to bring over. I’m going to Taipei at the end of March so these videos have been incredibly helpful
I noticed that some things are permanently closed like the Dutch hot dog place in ximending, the 3 story level KFC, the sherwood. is it because these places have low foot traffic or there are not enough people to work these establishments?
