I´m on detox right now (8 more days to go aaaa), but after that I want to get back to my work out routine. I used to work out 2-3 a week. How often do you go to gym? You work out every day, or do you have schedule for that? Or are you working out when you are in a mood? I would like to do pilates once a week and some workout 1-2 a week, just to feel good and be in a good shape. I hope you are doing great!

I usually eat one meal a day Sun-Fri consisting of chicken breast, broccoli and rice while I fast the rest of the day and I stay off of sugar and carbs. That’s my routine. Except for cheat day on Saturday I hit my surplus. I feel great and not always hungry and the rest is a lot of walking for my exercise.
