- Gourmandises' music video is considered quite suggestive and sexually oriented. Alizée is somewhat embarrassed when the interviewer brings that up at 2:48, but she does a very professional job answering the questions :).
In this interview, Alizée answers questions about the music video of “Gourmandises” in an interview for the French TV show “Fan de”. Alizée was only 16 when the video was shot in the spring of 2001.
The interview was conducted in Ajaccio, Corsica, the hometown of Alizée, in September 2001. Alizée had just turned 17 in August.

Le clip de Gourmandises est considéré comme assez suggestif. Alizée est quelque peu embarrassée lorsque l'intervieweur évoque cela à 2:48, mais elle s'en tire de manière tres professionnelle :)

I don't think the song has anything to do with sex, it's more about young love.Why that title?
The lyrics and especially the music video feature many more or less explicit sexual symbols and references. For instance, candy and berries to be licked and sucked, flowers and bees, hay pack, the big bad wolf from childhood tales (besides, in French, 'seeing the wolf' means losing one's virginity), the red and white colors, whipped cream, open juicy fruits split in half (dripping figs, strawberry) or entered by a knife (watermelon), spilled liquids, etc.
As a native French speaker, I can also tell you the lyrics revolve around the themes of purity, temptation, desire, coming of age, first kisses, flirting, having a boyfriend, nostalgia (from the writer's perspective), and, above all, excitement and fear (or lack thereof) about loss of innocence. Sex is underlying everything here.
