Apparently, he wrote the song and the beat. Bruno just provided the vocals; nothing else.
It's weird how Ronson works: he rarely sings his own songs, but instead gets more famous and talented artists to do it for him. He wrote this whole song, and just had Bruno Mars sing it, but of course everyone remembers Mars, and not Ronson.
He did the same with his other major hit, by getting Amy Winehouse to sing what he wrote as well.
