Without receipts Cohen could be considered to be lying. You really need to watch some of Judge Judy's episodes. She always wants to see receipts.

How ironic that the credibility of a witness who chooses to testify against, probably the most prolifically proven liar in history, should be called into question for "untruths" told and poor decisions made in circumstances all in direct relation to said prolific liar.
To be fair according to an article I think on the Washingtontimes, Cohen's testimony contradicts stuff he talked about with his former lawyer in 2018. Don't know what that means and how credible this article is. Gonna be interesting how this plays out

Cohen was loyal to Trump and did Trump's dirty work - Trump turned on him when he was done with him - therefore Cohen was in the right to finally end his loyalty to Trump and call TRUMP OUT FOR "HIS" CRIMES. Cohen is within his rights to want his REVENGE (something Trump always does). I pray the Jury finds Trump GUILTY on ALL CHARGES and places him in his ORANGE PRISON SUIT.... SOON!

So a lot of us want 45 to be held accountable what is wrong with wanting someone who has done criminal acts to be convicted ?
The hypocrisy at play. When you go after Biden, Hunter, Nancy, and Hillary Clinton for their crimes and convict them for treason we will gladly stand back and stop fighting. Otherwise we will stand with Trump on the basis of economic stability and no wars.
Three quick thoughts:
1. To paraphrase a philosopher whose name I can't recall at this moment...'The only unbiased 'men' are those who wear tombstones for hats.' Given this reality, it is fair to say that through centuries of court cases in the U.S.A., the testimony of millions of biased or even high-biased witnesses has been accepted by reasonably-minded, common-sense jurors.
2. Often, two seemingly supposedly competing situations can be true at the same time. Here, it is entirely possible that Cohen harbours extremely negative feelings regarding a boss which stiffed him in the past (Trump) AND, at the same time, Cohen (...with a newfound, post-incarceration respect for the justice system...) has still been able to tell the truth to the court as a sworn-in witness.
3. Given the preponderance of mutually corroborating documents, text messages, audio recordings, testimony from Cohen, and testimony from other witnesses, I would suggest that by the end of the day, the defence must very clearly demonstrate to the jury that Cohen has misrepresented the facts or our outright lied *during his testimony* .
His own lawyer will testify next- Robert Costello and it won't be pretty for the ex con ( his own lawyer will bury the ex con )

Crime has fallen 73% over 23 years with a spike in 2020, which is in Trump's term. It has been decreasing since, but it is Biden's fault. I call uno reverse.
The United States is not headed for disaster because we currently have a strong leader in Biden as our current president right now.
