- This was the most fun and unique Airbnb I have ever stayed in! I never knew I could stay in beautiful shipping containers here in Costa Rica! These containers are just feet away from the famous Jaco beach! Follow me as I share everything about this Airbnb including the price!
Welcome to my channel! I'm Patrick and this is Patmax Adventures! I'm originally from California and have been living abroad for the past four years. I decided to start this channel to share my experiences and passion for travel with others. My goal with this channel is to share and show as much as I can of the World. My focus will always be on the culture, food and of course the local people of everywhere I travel to! I'm an optimist and always try to highlight the positives of a place rather than just the negatives.Though I will also be bluntly honest at times too! Interesting Airbnb place. It is a bit a pricey but it is close to the beach so I guess it is worth it. Your video of beaches on makes me feel like I am on vacation now.

its really unique . it looks comfortable though. love the climate in costa rica. Id been in San Jose couple of times and the locals are very friendly.

I really wish to come back in Costa Rica, Lately I just knew that They Have no Military forces. So they are really a friendly nation.

Hi Pat nice tour of your container air B&B . It looks very nice very functional the only drawback I can find is about privacy . The 5 unites are all stacked together with windows . I know they have curtains but privacy looks so so and what about noise any loud wild party shenanigan's happening ? Looking forward to your next Jaco video , cheers 🥂,Lindsay
No parties are all allowed. Unfortunately you can hear things outside pretty easily.
I enjoyed the vlog with interesting information about your airbnb unit. It is really cool. I haven't heard of a container here in the Phils. Transformed into an airbnb. Great idea!
Josefina, there is a school in Tondo, Manila that was constructed out of 78 shipping containers in 2010. This was initiated by Jane Walker an English lady who founded the charity called Philippines Community Fund. PCF is a charity who supports the poorest of the poor, people living in the slum area of Tondo. Please check it out.
Shipping containers are very useful construction materials. There is also a house built in the UK out of the containers.

How's the insulation? Is it warm in those containers or is it a non issue? It looks like a great pad for a solo traveler. Congrats!
Yes, the are warm during the day, but they all have air conditioning.

Im quite curious about their currency.... 2 million colones is $3usd????? Omg... then i wonder how much is 3 million usd in colones?? Are there words for those big number because i honestly dont know what comes comes after quadrillion 😂😂
Oh sorry i just realised mil is thousand apparently... so 2 mil is 2000....😅😅
