Nope, his ult already has that death amulet effect.
@@player_217i think he meant that u can ult and still get the kill and the reset even if the enemy's health is above the threshold
@@clarkjamesbegona4217 it doesn't work in that way. If the enemy's hp is below the threshold, his ult deals true dmg and will K.O the enemy. If not, it deals quite less physical dmg and won't activate the death amulet.
