Disagree. If you look at Bretts face and reactions, you can see he’s super uncomfortable. I agree with most comments here; I'd love to see them go on dates with guys their own ages so that it feels like a real connection. It would also show that grindr isn't just a hookup app for young people and can actually lead to real relationships.

So it makes sense that dichotomy still lingers today even though we're living in the best time for gay people! Gay marriage hasn't even been legal for 10 years and gay sex is only been legal less than 30 years (in America) So while the world changed gay men who lived most of their lives and some still do being pushed to the edge of society and rejected so they take the Outlook "I'm not going to see gay relationships as anything more than sex"
