Alright so in this video I made some custom minecraft bosses and got a real mod developer to react to/review my designs. I ended up making bosses for the forest, jungle, and nether biomes. They turned out really good! Sorry this video took so long to come out, we're working on some big things! And editing is starting to take a really long time. But soon I'll be back on a decent schedule so I hope you enjoy this one in the meantime (:

Just a suggestion: instead of “Nether Dragon” I think it would sound better as the “Infernal Dragon” as well as making “Super Netherite” “Infernite” instead.

I feel like the lemur king should operate semi-similarly to the sun chief from mowsie’s mobs, being a mostly stationary tank that you can trade with, but also enrages and attacks you if you attack it. Obviously, lemurs would also help in the fight.

Personally, I’d prefer the Venus flytrap to have root tentacles instead of legs.
Id prefer it to burrow itself and move underground and when it is where it wanted to go, come out onto the surface.

Make it pop under the ground for 10 to 50 seconds then pop up and attack then re enter the ground and repeat

I would replace the flytrap’s legs with its roots. It just sounds more fitting as boss.
I loved the thought of the Lemur king and how many lemurs the staff would create but one question are the lemurs one tap? also the flytrap got me and my friend cracking up in laughter I love the tiny leaf feet also very nice thought process into the way the player has to defeat it. The DRAGON WAS SICK!!!! I loved all the detail im proud of your work keep it up!

Random idea: You can use The Heart of The Nether to enchant a bow with "Hellfire", which is an enchantment that is like "Flame" but makes the bow have a chance to shoot a ghast charge and the arrows can still be lit underwater
Edit: The fire in the arrows Is dark red and can set an enemy on fire underwater without it extinguishing

The lore implication of the Nether Dragon would be extremely cool especially with you saying it was born from pure rage, and also collecting its power from it's surroundings, with it also having 3 heads. If we think that the dragons were once a race in the end and this Nether Dragon only appeared after the end portal is opened, that could mean the souls of dead and hunted dragons that were killed by the residents of the end cities would escape to the nether because of the soul power their and gain power to get revenge and form this amalgamation of dragons, rage, and the nether. Especially if we go with Matt Pat's theory about the player being a descendent of the builders who built every remain in the Minecraft world. Which would also make sense, following Matt Pat's theory, about the builders escaping to the end, hunting the dragons, and that's why the normal dragon and this nether dragon would attack us on site.

Whenever someone poses the question as to the lore of these bosses my brain goes into maximum overdrive figuring out how they fit into Minecraft's ancient builders and treasure hunting sailors, desperate pigfolk and endangered dragons, and so much more.

Suggestion: In neather there should be a new structure where we we have to keep the ender dragon egg on any small piller and it will convert into nether dragon egg and we have spawn it using (nether christal which could be craft using lava intend of eye of ender and netherite ingot intend of glass)in end cristal.

Flytrap:
A flytrap seed is planted it is like a berry bush. Then a bee finds it and thinks it's a flower!
Sneaky flytrap fools the bee and finally grows into a big flytrap. The flytrap eats the bee to do this, if it misses the bee /Which is a small chance\ it flys away and it has to wait for another bee.
If the flytrap sees a player. It will try to bite the player doing around 4-6 hearts.
Then if the player is close enough it will lounge itself into the player doing 6 hearts.
If below half health, it grows legs.
It runs around if you run into it you get knocked back and 5 hearts dmg. And doing the rest of the attacks.
( I know he said "basically the same thing" I just wanna add one more attack to give it spice. )
Lemur King:
It is sitting in it's home. Then, spots a player. It runs away.
It sends lemur minions to dmg the player. Doing around 3-4 hearts. If it is killed it's crown is dropped, if you wear it then Lemurs don't attack you.
If the king runs away long enough then the Lemur minions run away to the king.
The finale: NETHER DRAGON.
The dragon waits near a nether fortresses, waiting for a player.
If it spots you then it will shoot fireballs at you endlessly, it can also make all nether monsters nearby attack you by a 10 block radius. Depending on how good your PC/computer is at loading then it can destroy blocks.
( If your PC/computer has a low-pixel rate the it doesn't do this. )
The nether dragon can do lots of DMG, if you were in netherite armor then it does 6-7 hearts! /☠️\
If low HP it will roar and changes the 10 block radius to 20 block radius! BUT!
( THERE IS ALWAYS A BUT! ) It's dmg will lower to 3-5 hearts ( IF YOUR IN NETHERITE ARMOR! )
if you SOMEHOW defeated it, it drops the ( I FORGOT LOL- ) which can lvl your armor to Magma ( whatever it is ) and it does double protection!

I have a cool idea, what if there could be a soul fire/warped themed nether dragon with soul fire instead? This could drop a warped heart of the nether which can be upgraded with netherite to make warped armor. This would give you much higher defense in exchange for every few attacks it would be slightly weaker.

Boss one: It's a really cool plant with lots of new stuff. Boss two: KIIIING JUUUUUUULLLLIAAAAAN chucks hundreds of angry lemurs at you. Boss three: Super cool fire dragon that breaks through blocks and creates a new tier of armor.

If you want to make something which lives in the flower forest, here are some ideas:
1. maybe try a Hive queen (basically a gigantic bee)
2. try a flower boss or something ( based on you're Venus flytrap creation)

I think a way to improve the venus flytrap boss would be instead of walking on the 2 legs, the boss gets down on all 4 and crawls around in an angered or annoyed state which makes him do less damage for more speed, also similar to the vindicator it could cause vines or thorns to burst from the ground.
I like the mod developers reaction to the nether dragon its very funny
You could have gone with root legs for the flytrap. It would probably make more sense, since that area is where roots usually hang out.

Forest boss is hard to beat as I always say for bosses I recommend to make.
