      @@stranger6797 What is Russia's end game in this? They've done this since the war started; Russia's brutal artillery war taking 1 town every 3 months, and then Ukraine takes half an oblast in a high mobility attack. Russia is using less and less, and less quality equipment every month, while Ukraine has a steady stream of western equipment. How can Russia win a war like this?.

    "Stalemate"? No. It's not yet a stalemate. Stalemate is when neither side has any significant gains or losses of troops or tactical advantage, and call it a draw. Don't prematurely call it "stalemate" until the war is finished, following a truce. There are still big losses on both sides, and the battle lines are shifting, however slowly. Perhaps "frozen conflict" or some other term could be applied, but not stalemate

    • @TheRezro
      @TheRezro Год назад

      @@bloodrave9578 Deadlock seams to be proper term. Battle is still ongoing. It is just that it is so intense that front line don't shift.

    • @abdulmasaid
      @abdulmasaid Год назад

      Yes, battle of attrition and deadlock are better terms. Stalemate means the game is over! So a "meat grinder" is no stalemate. Chess players know what I mean 😀

      rusia has a massive amount of long-range weapons (150+ km), while Ukraine almost doesn't have anything like this (Himars and Himars-like are restricted with 80km for now).
