    McElroy hit the nail on the head - OU's O-line hasn't met the standard or come anywhere near to it. Fix that problem and a lot of other stuff will fix itself, IMHO!

      Past offensive lines were built with big and agile guys. I think of Creed Humphrey and Trent Williams type of players. Past two years has not been close.

      @BoomBoomSoon I will say if you have a good running game especially by committee...you will wear down defenses late in games. I honestly like to know I have it won earlier in game. Lol. I have watched 49ers grind out 40 plus carries and game seem tight until late 3rd and 4th quarter. Defense tires out and you see an easy score or two.

    They know what the model is preparation equals execution equals performance equals confidence and much later equals experience, and then maturity!!!
    The gauntlet that they made him go through in Springball summer and fall camp with five new offensive line starters injuries at receiver, superior athletes on defense running every scheme an exotic blitz imaginable the office has a hole just got over powered!!!
    By proving a point on Defense or superior athletes and schemes, you go to the office JA one start a bowl game five
    Starters what else could you expect and then the injuries happen on the OL may take 2 to 3 years to fix

    I am sorry but McElroy takes are just awful sometimes literally contradict him self saying Texas is the best but then says they haven’t beaten anyone how would you even know how good they are if they haven’t beaten anyone. Then Teddy goes most of it will play it’s self and he responds no it won’t and then says bc of last year again then he goes not comparing it to last year like dude come bro your takes are the worst. Also said air raid won’t work in the SEC says we need to go RPO route when literally defenses are catching up to that and everyone runs it and has shown it doesn’t work as good as it used too. I think Arbuckle runs more of the Ycross scheme similar to Lincoln offense personally why I think it would be more affective in the SEC.

    • @CoastalSpark23
      @CoastalSpark23 3 дня назад

      I don’t understand why you’re so upset about someone giving their opinion. You can be an elite team and have a weak schedule. Look at Clemson in 2018. The difference with Texas compared to 2018 Clemson is that Texas hasn’t played to the level of consistently that people were expecting from them. Also, considering what happened last year, you can’t just simply expect everything to work itself out like in previous years. Where teams are ranked matters. I’m not saying you can’t disagree with Greg’s takes, but he literally explained why he feels the way he feels in the video.

    • @ryanmeyer3668
      @ryanmeyer3668 4 часа назад

      @ but meanwhile contradicting him self at every point as well. I never said he can’t give his opion he does. Just like I do but. Honestly he’s done it his whole career and has always had backhanded comments to people he disagrees with just don’t like the way he presents sometimes just very arrogant imo. I didn’t say it always does but just point out he makes points and then contradicts the same points he makes I personally don’t think Texas is all that great. They are solid but not natty worthy I think they have a shot to win a game maybe even two in the playoffs but they aren’t national champions caliber.
