Michael I am having the same issue with my 2011 Mazda Demio. Got it weld, but it broke off and of a fact it is the hardest thing to get a replacement. Question, what type of welding was done on your Demio? That is gas or arc welding

Gas welding but I'm planning to get it arch welded.
