I kept some peels in the refrigerator for over 10 days and some fungus has come up on them. Can I use them or better to throw them away?
you can try to use them and see, it hopefully should be ok, but best would be fresh

Check whether the white layer has been formed..then it is ready to use. I have just made sweet lime bio enzyme and soapnut bio enzyme.. left it for 4 months..orange and rose bio enzyme is getting ready...

Yes, you can. But you should only try with spoiled fruits. It will be better that way
We have to open the full cap for letting the gas out of , or just partly open the cap . So the outsides air don't get it ?? Please reply .....
i think you have to let all the gas out each day, so open the cap and it will come out

I believe it can be any sugar
Jaggery is better at it because it helps in growth of healthy bacteria
Jaggery or country sugar..you can also use molasses sugar. But not white sugar

Very dilute
I prepared shampoo by using bio enzyme. It's good and removes oil. Watch "self sustainable life" channel for veriety of shampoo making video using bio enzyme
Can we replace jaggery with sugar?
yes
I request don't use white sugar, which is slow poison because it has sulfur on it, so I prefer jaggery for it.
since citrus fruits react with marble , what bioenzye can be used to clean marble floor?

@@AurorasEyeFilms No,vinegar is not good for marble. Plain water best. If not use soap oil or Amway multi cleanser.
1.Use plain water, turmeric, pachai karpooram, crystal salt
2. Plain water with lemon grass essential oil.
3. Plain water with cinnamon, clove boiled water.
4. Lemon graas , neem, mint , Tulsi bioenzyme to get rid of insects
It’s been a month and I don’t see any bubble formation or any white foam on top of my jar. What should I do? Please suggest.

you can use it directly, or also dilute it, depends on what you use it for.
While using jaggery in the making of floor cleaner, would it attract ants???
no it doesnt as it would have fermented over the time, so dont worrie, no ants or insects would come :)
