    Guruji, jaisa ki aapne poocha.
    Diet plan is :
    1.) 2 glass water,
    2.) 30 ml wheet grass after yog
    3.) After 1 hr, 1 glas water with 1 spoon apple cider vinegar
    4.) After bath : 10 badaam + 2 akhrot + 1 anjeer bhigoye huye.
    5.) 2 parantha stuffed, each cooked in 2 spoon ghee.
    5.) b.) Tea after 1.5 hour.
    Water intake before next meal
    6.) Lunch 2 or 3 fruits, followed by sweet neembu pani.
    7.) Evening 1 spoon pumpkin seeds.
    Water intake
    8.) Dinner between 6 to 7 pm. 2 roti with either sabzi or daal.
    9.) 9 pm . Milk

    Bahut Bahut Bahut Dhanyabaad Guruji...
    (1) subah---pani piti hoon.
    (2) thoda exercise,, yoga,kabhi kabhi pranayam v aur gayatri mantra jap..
    (3) thodi der baad aloevera Ka juice m nimbu dalkar piti hoon...
    (4) aadha-ek ghanta baad kabhi roti,,,kabhi Sirf koi fal,,kabhi sattu,,,esi tarah bss...
    (5) lunch m mujhe thodi problem ho jati h....humara chhota dhaba h esliye Hume khana khane m thodi let ho jati h... To main na Thode chaval+moong dal aur 2-3 Sabji dal kr sab saath m paka leti hoon ya Fir kabhi ek roti saath m dal aur salad Bs....
    (5) sham ko kabhi kabhi chhut jata h,,,chai nhi piti,,,migraine h,,to kuchh biscuits khaa leti hoon ya Fir chuda bhasa khaa leti hoon..
    (6) raat ko main aate ke saath hi koi Sabji dal deti hoon aur roti paka kr khaa leti hoon... 1 ya 2
    (7) Doodh to mujhe Bahut pasand h.... Pehle piti v thi lekin kuchh dino se nhi piti hoon..... Mujhe na kaph Ki Bahut problem h.....Maine dekha h agar m koi meeta ya Fir doodh piti hoon rat ko to mujhe kaph aur jada ho jati h.... Aur doodh agar piyun to v problem... Kabhi kabhi thik se pet nhi Saaf hota....
    Meri ye Jo diet plan h ye Maine 1-2 m change kiya h....pehle main kuchh v ulta pulta khaa leti thi....
    Aapne Jo bataya wo main kal se follow karungi......lekin main dahi nhi khati bachpan se hi,,, smell se ulti lagti h... Aur chhanch to milta hi nhi humare yahan...
    Humlog factory ke pass rehte hain... Yahan kabhi pollution h ....Bahut infection hote rehte hain..... Eska koi upai bataye guruji.......aur meri immunity power bachpan se hi kaphi kamjor h lekin main apne sharir ko swasthya rakhna chahti hoon.... Main chijein Jo v sikhti hoon use apne jeevan m lagu kr deti hoon.....

    Pls गुरु जी बच्चों को lyi बताए उनका बहुत ही जरूरी है क्योंकि वो खाना खाने में बहुत तंग करते हैं और जो टाइम आप बता रहे हैं उस समय वो स्कूल में होते हैं उन्हे तो टाइम का कुछ पता ही नहीं कब क्या चाहिए. Pls आप जरूर करे धन्यवाद

    Me bhut dino se breakfast ko lekar preshan thi ..kyuki my huaband and my son(7 years) dono duble ptle h or me thodi si over😯 so samjh nahi aata tha ki kaisa breakfast bnau ki mere wait loss me help kre or un dono k wait gain me..ab samjh aayah nahi to mujhe bhut dino se two type breakfast banane parte the..bt now im happy😌 thanku guruji dil se💛

    Namaskaram gurji... Mera manna phle ye ta ki kmsekm roj 16 ghante ka upwas kro.. To mai subh to coconuts juice piti ti... Lekin breakfast prper ni leti ti.. Kuki muje yesa lgta ki ydi hm khate hi rahenge to body digestion ka hi kaam kregi magr heeling ka ni kr payegi... Bt isse meri helth girti gyi.. Or aaj underweight ho gyi.. Isliye ye diet plan m follow krungi.. Thankuu soo much

    I start my day with warm water, breakfast fruit and nuts, lunch salad sabji roti and dinner rice and daal , sometimes idli sambar or soup.

      Raat m rice khane se cough badhta hai..
      Aur daal is heavy to digest
      Toh rice daal ko lunch m lena chahiye.
      Dinner m roti sabzi lo.

    Namaskarji. Main raat ko paneer khati hun taki neend achhi aye. Aapne normal young logon ke hisab se theek bataya hai. Dalchini raat ke khane mein bhi neend deti hai. Raat mein gehun ki roti neend deti hai. Soup raat ko theek hai. Agar daal mein ghee nahi dalein, aur roti kum ho, to halwa ya kheer suit karti hai.
    Bones weak hain. Neend kum aati hai. 1 dana bhi saunf kabz karta hai.
    Sukha dhaniya powder achha nahi lagta.

    guru ji ur diet plan is really helpful but everybody can't afford these kind of things like different types of vegetables in lunch and dinner, dry fruits etc. as am working in government hospital so plz share diet plan which is cost effective and have high nutritional value too so that i can suggest it to patients from poor background.

    Guruji I am blessed to have you I am following u your advice is one of the best your diet plann is very useful all my life I was not sure what to eat whole day I am 70 year you opened my eyes I can’t explain how imp you have right diet most of the people are ignorant u can’t believe my daughter is dietician she eats peanut butter and pitta bread in the morning she is eating wrong food I am going to show your video of diet plann
    She is MA Honors. She has fabroids like oranges can you advise how to cure and destroy them thank you guruji

    Mujhe backround boht pyara lga ..mai ese he bachpan se khair ab to 31 ki hu..ab chahti hu k esa simple room ho mera..hahaha ek bar yogi do bar bhogi teen bar yogi kya baat hahahaha kya baat aap ne potato k baare me kaha..mje itna raat me tez hassi aai k sb kehte pagal ho gai....

    My diet plan to loose weight and increase muscle any suggestions?
    Morning-1. water then 2. apple then ek kachi loki+ khira+ shimla mirch+ tamatar 3. Sprouts of kala chana+ haare mong.
    Office-
    Evening- aag mai sikhi peanuts
    Sham 5 bje- 1 ya 2 kela with sendha ya kala namak.
    6bje- gym,cardio,yoga. Etc.
    8/9 bje milk uske baad kachi loki+ khera + shimla mirch etc. Ya no milk only chach.
    Then 11-12 bje sleep. On sunday panner gravy.

    What I eat:
    Morning (8-10 AM): 2-3 fruits, with breaks
    Lunch (12-3 PM): Rice/oats/dalia with vegetables. In two potions, half at 12 and half around 2
    Snack (5 PM): Nuts, dried fuits
    Dinner (8:30/9 PM): Haldi doodh
