Making Compost Extract by hand

At KoruKai Herb Farm we use a compost extract as a liquid fertliser.It contains plant available nutrients, plant growth promoting hormones and billions of microbes per tablespoon. They are helping the plants to fight off pathogens, and they provide them with nutrients so they grow strong and healthy. We use it in the food forest in early spring before bud burst to combat leaf curl, on garlic to prevent rust and pretty much everywhere where plants, herbs and food grows.

I am adoring your Caspian yoghurt. Make it twice a week. It is so silky smooth and mild. Delicious.
