- Today, we'll deploy a @payloadcms project together with a @MongoDB database on our own Hetzner VPS using Coolify.
This allows you to run production workloads for as little as 7€ per month while staying fully GDPR compliant and open source.

We're back from our summer break! The V3 Payload series will continue on Monday, with new videos releasing twice a week!
Where are those videos? :D

Payload is on fire! 🔥
Your videos are always so robust and informative-keep up the amazing work!
That's great to hear, thanks!
Nice video! Thanks for a great work you're doing! I'm currently in the process of learning Payload CMS, and more than I'm looking at the templates, examples and available plugins more than I like it. 👍
I would definitely benefit from a Postgres deployment video - I've been trying to do this but really struggling, and couldn't find a step-by-step guide like the ones you've nicely put up!
Mind you, they've released v3 stable and I got that to work. In the process I realised I was doing several things wrong and my local dev machine was not working due to the internet connection I've got at home so definitely some learning there!
Thanks so much for these tutorials!!
Definitely interested in a Postgres Coolify Video :)
Thank you so much, these are extremely helpful videos! Could you make one where you talk more about media in relation to this setup? 🙏
Thank you for the helpful video. One thing that is missing is to configure a volume to permanently store media uploaded into CMS. How would you approach this? It would be great if you show this in any of your upcoming tutorials.
Great video as far as the Payload CMS itself. I'm currently looking to create an overview video about this CMS on my Ukrainian channel. Keep going, great job!
Deploy our own posgresql on coolify would be a great tutorial! thanks
what about using hetzner s3 object storage ?
Will you be talking about cloudflare tunnels in this setup? Securely exposing coolify apps is very important so I would be really thankful if you would consider it in your future videos :)
Hello. As always a very useful video. And when will you do 3/3 of coolify on multiple servers (deploy to multiple servers & load balancer)?
Thank you for the video! Can you please create a video about how to create a dynamic web app with Payload? How to write the data to the database, how to handle forms, etc.
Can you do it with self hosted supabase?
hey are you going to continue with the series on How to develop dynamic websites with payload?
Read the pinned comment ;)
@@AllAboutPayload It's monday!
Topics for future videos:
- how to initially deploy v3 project when all required data for build (frontend, but payload is now integrated, so requires build too) is still missing
- how to host projects for client on coolify, but still provide source code in case another developer has to take over project in future (without involving me to transfer access, etc)
Also can you make sound louder? I watched at 2x normal volume, but still was not loud enough
