  • A French baker taught me how to make French baguettes!
    Ingredients:
    750 g of wheat flour.
    450 ml of warm water.
    1 tablespoon of sugar.
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    10 g of dry yeast.
    mix well with a spatula.
    knead the dough by hand.
    sprinkle the table with flour.
    knead the dough until it is homogeneous.
    grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
    cover and leave to ferment for an hour.
    the dough rose nicely.
    form a ball from the dough.
    divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
    form a ball from each part of the dough.
    form the baguette of bread.
    do the same with the other pieces of dough.
    sprinkle the baking tray with flour.
    cover and leave for 20 minutes.
    make cuts.
    sprinkle with water.
    bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
    the bread came out crispy and fluffy on the inside.
