  • Tiramisu Protein Overnights Oats - quick and healthy breakfast or snack that is full of protein, antioxidants, probiotics and fibre that your body needs for good health.
    THE DAY/NIGHT BEFORE:
    COMBINE oats, chia seed if using and Protein Powder (Vanilla or Coffee) into a mixing bowl. ADD the oat milk, espresso and maple syrup. MIX WELL, then refrigerate overnight.
    THE NEXT DAY/MORNING layer the oats with the yoghurt (add sweetener) and a dusting of Cocoa Powder into 2 glasses.
    These oats will keep in the fridge for 3 - 4 days.

    Idgredients (2 SERVES)
    1 cup rolled oats
    2 tbsp white chia seeds
    2 tbsp Protein Powder (vanilla og coffee)
    1 cup oat milk
    60 ml espresso or 2 tsp coffee powder
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 cup thick natural yoghurt
    4 tsp Cocoa Powder
