For me, it started on my birthday this year. And five months later, of real pain, struggles, lessons and newly found tools within, I’m starting to see a line that speaks to me. Reparenting myself everyday, moving to a dream location where I’m not afraid but joyous to be alone, running every morning, proposing changes that are doubling my numbers… But he’s right, it takes practice and a leap of faith to give your Self the mic. There’s nothing more rewarding though🤍 I’m so thankful for guidance like his (and I live in the real world, am a business owner, etc).
