It's amazing how our perceptions about a lot of things are based on where we live. For instance, you made reference to 90 acres being a big field where 200 acres here on the Canadian Prairies is just a normal sized field and they get way bigger than that. I have friends in Saskatwan who farm a full township which I have no idea how many acres that represents. Cheers and enjoy your great harvest weather.
Great vid Andy, thanks. Nothing runs like that Deere!! We've started - average at 12t/hectare now. Straw still greenish sometimes.. so combine is rumbling and growlling under my seat, but who cares. Best job in the world. Good luck & enjoy!
Good to see you back Andy pretty decent yield of barley & love the auger on the combine being th correct length so tractor & trailer don’t have to run on the row of straw drone footage is excellent & hopefully all your harvest will be this good 👍
Another brilliant video Andy and great to see you back lad. Good luck with the new combine I noticed that when you were driving down the road before you said it no bouncing in the seat lol. Alot off lads would take full advantage of having two combines working in the field together before the old one would leave. Will look forward to your next video thanks again lad
Great video Andy. Cracking choice on the combine I think it will suit you really well especially the tracks. I must admit it’s something I’ve never noticed before is the width difference on a tracked machine compared to a wheel combine. Keep up the great work.

Did this combine come up at the right price for change over? Yielding bloody well. Will have to show my boss the yield. Working in Western Australia, that will make their eyes water.
How much are you missing the hillmaster with the tracks Andy? I know id miss it alot! And not just for the hills! Find it mega handy for hitching on / off the header on the trolley, getting through awkward gates, its a mega handy thing to have I find!
@@Chieftain7530 That is what I was thinking hence was suprised to see the tracks which means no hillmaster... I guess if farms fairly level, then the compaction improovements are worth alot more than the luxary of easy hook ups mind. Around here though you certainly couldnt go back...
