I think you're wrong about one curtain panel. Most bathrooms only have one window. Or someone may want it for a craft project. They could cut it in half and make two smaller curtains. They could cut it into squares to use in a quilt. There are endless possibilities for a single curtain panel. They could make pillows.
My thoughts about the sailboat curtain, it had potential for a few different projects. Love how the pitcher turned out with the crockery color and stencil.
Your goodwill bins digs are my absolute favorite excursions! Jeb, that dark green medical book would be very desirable for those who decorate in dark academia. ❤😊
I love that you use your imagination and create a flipped piece of "art" ...and not just pay $2.99 and resell it for.........$ 75+! Like the other resellers do!...Thank you!
I have to say I have to agree with some of the other comments. Back when I was a little girl my mother would take old curtains and take them apart and make my dresses. She would find pieces of fabric or people would give her fabric and that's how I had clothes to wear. So I can see someone maybe using that to make a little outfit for a boy or maybe to cover a chair or a bench seat for a child's room. My mother bless her heart, she could sew up a storm and I'm lucky if I can sew a button on. The sewing gene skipped my generation. I lost her last December and I miss her everyday. But I have many things around my house to remind me of her.
Love your videos. We don't have the amazing Good Will stores in Australia that you guys have. You work so hard to create such beautiful objects. Thanks for sharing.
Great thrifting and flips. Seems you changed things up a little, you both were calm and and not talking over each other. Each taking control of your respective projects. Like the change up. You folks rock!
It’s because we were able to turn the camera on and off and we knew when we were filming each part. When your live you are working and talking and reading comments. And it’s hard to know when to come in and talk because it’s always rolling. Editing definitely makes it easier to follow because we can pick and choose clips.
I love Thursdays ❤ these videos are always so fun! Your thrift flips look great! I'm glad you used Crockery.. it's such a beautiful color! Thx, you guys!❤
You should have picked up the curtain and the skates. You can make beautiful Christmas vignettes with the skates and a sleigh or toboggan and greenery. 😊
The small throws can be donated to the nursing homes. The residents in wheelchairs out the over their lap/legs. Perfect size. Our women's group at church crocheted some one year for them.
Omgosh i definitely would have picked up that sailboat curtain! Love that Americana quilt. I am fairly new to your channel. ... how can we purchase something from this video?
Really enjoy watching your channel. Was curious if you have a thrift store at your local senior center? We have one and prices are great. I find great stuff, really cheap.
I wonder if you can over dye the vera Bradley bags after a wash. Some color ways were so awful. But buying an inexpensive one might be fun to over dye after a good wash. Use a black light on the fabrics and you might be unpleasantly surprised. I was from a pair of mens jeans that were unfortunately a knockoff and unable to sell. So back in the donation bag.
We usually do sunshine or put them in the room with our ozone machine. But we just had a follower that said to put them in the box with cat litter. Let it sit a few days
Everything was fine until you painted over the gorgeous craquelure-embossed jug with grapes. Why? It became faceless and all its beauty was covered with a layer of thick, boring paint. "Neutralization" is not good way for artwork.
Oh, that curtain was amazing! Fabric lover here, it doesn’t matter what it was originally, I could make something else cool out of it.
Good call!

Sometimes the material they are made out of is good for upholstering chair seats or make pillows.
I’ve got 2 windows in my bathroom. Lol

Especially vintage or good cotton, good quality cotton is hard to come by
Or below a sink, that looks like a cottage pattern

Finally found 2 quilts at my Goodwill!!! Never happens!
Oh I'm so glad you didn't paint the Florentine music box. The feet are a perfect match!
The sheep and frame is simply gorgeous...😊
I would LOVED to got a hold of that Nautical Fabric... I need to make a replacement privacy curtain for the Bathroom of our Sail Boat❗😕

We’d do that if it was worth it. Just depends on the value

Why is such good stuff in the bins?
I don’t really know.
What did you use on the pitcher to make it match the crockery?

What oil did you use
Hi! What is your milk paint color sale this month?
@@terrimckeighen7154 Willow is the color
How did you get in first???
I love everything but the empty draw it doesn't have color to make it pop and I don't care for the 4 leaves to much foe a small area...
Is there anyway to get odors out of books?
We usually do sunshine or put them in the room with our ozone machine. But we just had a follower that said to put them in the box with cat litter. Let it sit a few days
Is "Zeb" short for something?
Yes Zebulun

Maybe it’s my imagination but you both are looking younger! Must be something in the air or diet.
That’s a French stencil… not Italian! LOL
Shhh, don’t tell people I put it in the Italian mini pack! 😂😂
Hello, can you, please, tell me the exact green color that you used in one of your projects? TIA
Juniper? Which project.
@@JamiRayVintage 11.01 Yes, that's the paint I was asking about. Thanks!
