I'm no expert or chemist, but I've always mixed bleach with non disinfectant cleaner (ex lav fabuloso or blue pine sol) and hot water for cleaning. In this video it didn't look like she used a ton, and probably wore a mask. I definitely wouldn't use this much bleach with a disinfectant cleaner like og pine sol, bc it can be very toxic. I've tried that comb in a very small portion 1 cup of bleach, a splash of og pine sol and 5 cups of water (honestly just to see how it smells) nothing bad happened, but I don't do it often at all. Those two cleaners can disinfect on their own without mixing.

Mo'Love2you so Clorox bleach and with pine sol or fabulouso lav is ok? Would that create a disinfectant
I’ve mixed bleach with fabuloso before and it gave off fumes that made my eyes burn so you definitely have to be careful with what you mix
