    When your racing season is finished you should talk to dustin hayes for engine work.

      I appreciate the suggestion but I try to do most of the work myself if possible. Saves me a little money and gives me some experience.

      @@TylerMcNabb137 i understand! I try to be like that too but when it comes to head work and clearances, i don't trust myself as much. I believe you only send him the top end(cylinded/head) he cleans up the ports if necessary, he checks all the clearances on new parts and he will rebuild your head. Prices are not that high, since you are racing its definitely something worth looking into.

      @@ryy597 yeah I wish I had the equipment to do head work but for something like that, I will definitely look him up. I see his name quite a bit on the 400ex Facebook groups.

      This is a Durablue eliminator rear axle which retails for $695 and the lsr billet hubs retail for $285. They’re expensive but, it’s a good investment since the axles have a lifetime warranty.

      @@bernieburnstein5590 if you lift the rear axle off the ground and nothing is loose or moves around then something’s gotta be bent. You can take the wheel off and spin the axle off the ground. That will show you if somethings bent.

      @@bernieburnstein5590 something is if it’s not riding smooth. Like I said, I’d Jack it up and spin the rear end. That will tell you if anything is bent.

    Could I get your old axle

    • @TylerMcNabb137
      @TylerMcNabb137  2 года назад

      I’m gonna keep it as a spare for this very reason. While it has a lifetime warranty, it still takes about 2 weeks to get a new one. If I wouldn’t have had this as a spare, I wouldn’t have had an axle for my last race so I figured I better keep it as a spare.
