Thanks for sharing this ladies, this was fun! My favorite doll comes from Supia doll. She's just so beautiful and her body is perfect. The artist recently came out with a 75cm boy body and... yum. I may be buying him for Christmas but I am worried about the size! I guess my favorite company though would be Luts. I'm a bit confused why so many western collectors still rely on dealers to get their dolls. At least when it comes to Korean companies, many offer layaway directly and can communicate in English very well. Alice's collections marks things up hard. I recently ordered a Doll Zone full set off of Taobao for about 460,000 Korean won (approx. $320 USD) and Alice's collections was charging about $450 USD. HUGE difference.
Supia dolls are very nice. It's definitely on my list. I am not sure about the dealer thing. Since I have been in the hobby, I have only ever dealt with either dealer or I bought second hand. I know for me, I was advised to go through the dealer, but I am always open to know better and less expensive ways to purchase. Knowledge is power!!
