Unfortunately, I live in Atlanta in the US. Spent time in Reading, Leeds, Darlington, Thatcham, Oxforshire...love England. I'm a Charlotte fan and have a lot of her products. Ref. the lack of matte shadows: she really is known for her shimmery (read: "lit from within") smokey eye looks with, of course, a feline flick. ;) With her not being a real fan of the gradient look, I doubt she sees any reason for a lot of mattes and almost a concession to include any matte(s) at all, don't you think?
