Great feature. I purchased my Storm in April this year. I emailed about updating my bike with his feature. The response was this-“Thanks for reaching out to us! Yes your bike can be updated with this programming. You will just need to send in your motor as well as display into our shop and we can add that on for you.” 😳. I was a little disappointed in this response. However, wondering if you are planning a video on how to do the disassembly to send these parts in, and of course re-assembly once it is returned? 🤔. Or, is there anyway customers can do this update on their own?
Yes the reason for this is that we need to update the software in the motor and the display. We understand it is difficult for some to do this and are working on a solution to make that easier. In the meantime, keep in touch with out customer service as they can help you with anything you need for this.
