A bazillion years ago I did 9 months of straight nights… It was horrendous! How my then bf, now husband of almost 24 years put up with me I do not know. Anytime anyone talks about sleep deprivation I am back there… Kudos to the night shift workers of the world 💪🏼
Watching this while I am currently on a night shift is very comforting. I always have chicken nuggets and chips after my last night shift. Gives me something to look forward to 😄

I genuinely was considering going back to working nights but thanks to this video I now remember why I HATE THEM SO MUCH 😅 I recommend the white noise apps (fan noise) on loud to drown out selfish neighbours
I’ve still not figured out how to stay awake after my last night shift. I spend my rest days trying to get back into a sleep pattern but it still doesn’t exist by the time I have to do earlies 😩 I know others on my team will only stay in bed til midday I just can’t do it end up dozing all day. Glad I’m not alone on this lol
I played netball for a while when I was a teen, then I stopped growing & I developed an aversion to other people's armpits as that's were I spent the game. Anyway, enough about me! Lovely armpits Maddy 👌❤️
OMG the weather thing. It is one of my pet peeves when people say they have a cold because of the change in the weather 😤 A girl at work once blamed her cold on the fact that she’d just been on a boat and it had been windy! I was lost for words! What do you even say to that?

Remember sleep for periods which are divisible by 90 mins when you get in …. You’ll feel brighter than you did…. A little bit anyway 😊
