It is an honor to hear this music that was once meant only for the ruling elites. Thank you!

OMG.It's a pleasant surprise to learn that maestro Johann Christian Fischer was the composer of this concerto for I had enjoyed the first movement, for the last 3years, through a live streaming where neither the names of composers nor titles of music were shown but I had imagined that Boccherini or Locatelli was composer of this wonderful music. To a music fan who like Oboe it will be an overdraw if he says that he liked all the three pieces of music! Thanks for uploading the beautiful music.

I'm pretty sure that the theme for the final movement was also used by Samuel Arnold in his incidental music for MacBeth.

🤔 Was this piece played on a baroque oboe? If so, it brings the period to life remarkably well 👏!
