I must admit I'm not very familiar with SAKI's work until just now, but this Aldious cover is incredible! Thanks Metal Fox, I subbed and will check out all the rest of the posted uploads. Next I have to see/hear her "We Are, Bind, and White Crow" ...I love it! 🤘
If nothing else, SAKI is a worse singer than Rami. You'd think Aldious would want to hire someone good (Maki Oyama perhaps)...Not that anyone is ever going to equal Re:NO.
@@TheRealJanKafka Sorry, I am not a big Maki Oyama or Rami fan. The biggest issue is someone who is full time Aldious which Maki and R!N are not. From my understanding (translated interviews) R!N was selected primarily because she is fluent in English and, I suppose, they hoped Aldious would have a more international appeal with lyrics in English (like Lovebites). I think her depression was because she wasn't making progress writing English lyrics in a western song style (verse - chorus). I really liked Saki with Cyntia. It all depends on the material you have to work with and, of course, who is doing the listening. I couldn't care less about how "metal" somebody is. In fact, metal has become something of a parody of itself. I have to laugh when I see these festivals. It is your money, knock yourself out, but totally unappealing to me any more and I was around when Kiss was an opening act at stadium shows.
@@den_zxgfjjhg Now that Band-Maid has broken through English lyrics may not be as important as they used to be. Ask yourself why Lovebites does theirs in English. It was because from the start they decided to focus on the international audience. Metal is not that big in Japan. Look at the rockabilly band "The Biscats" they seem to be more popular (in a shorter time) than most of the Japanese metal bands. Look at the whole BanG Dream! stable of girl bands like Raise a Suilen and Roselia. They perform in front of tens of thousands of people. The metal bands popular in Japan only seemed to become that once they got popular internationally. If English language wasn't important then why did Aldious and Mary's Blood, let alone bands like Exist Trace or Destrose never get any traction. A lot had to do with metal not being popular in Japan (which meant their finaces were tight) and the high cost of sending a band outside of east Asia but most of it had to do with there being no interest in hearing songs in a language other than English.
It's Saki from Cyntia covering an Aldious song. Saki did some shows with Aldious as a guest singer after Re:NO left the band. She must have liked singing this song as she covered it while promoting her solo album.
It's not the best performance as there's no audience for her to interact with but she sounds great. They really should have hired her after R!N quit. I'm not the best fan of Maki Oyama's voice. Her voice is too powerful for Aldious' music and she has a very heavy and noticeable accent. Saki is much closer to Re:NO's style.
That's Saki (Nemophila, Mary's Blood) on guitar?? If yes. I seen her more animated on Nemophila's COVID/Zoom ballad videos than here. Sorry. This performance was totally forgettable.
Are you blind, deaf or just an idiot? As far as I can tell the band is all guys. The SAKI credited here is the vocalist, a member of the band Cyntia. The performance was not 'forgettable', it was unforgettable because of its horridness. In this and another video I just watched, the vocalist is way off pitch. The backing vocalists are as well. I believe they owe Re:NO and her former bandmates an apology.
There was no audience for her to interact with. The show was recorded in an empty club during Covid lockdowns. She's a much better performer with an audience. There's a lot of videos of her with her old band Cyntia on youtube.
There was no audience for her to interact with. Give her a break dude. This was shot and broadcasted over the internet during covid lockdowns. She was in an empty room. Watch some of her videos with her old band Cyntia. She is a good frontwoman.
Saki great voice legendary guitarist !!! 😊❤❤
SAKI and Cyntia are one of my fave girl metal groups. Their live clips on YT rock😊
agreed, they were a great band!
Cyntia were one of my early favourite bands, pity they disbanded.
And Saki was doing great with them, she's one of the prettiest vocalists around.
I can't how many beautiful and talented women there are in the islands of Japan. Amazing. You guys are so lucky to be in Japan.
La gran Saki en acción! Extraordinaria fantástica guitarrista!
SAKI is the vocalist in this video.
@@TheRealJanKafka gracias! 🤘
Cyntia
Aldious
Saki very good you best
Saki is amazing ❤️, this song seems almost too easy for her.👍
Awesome.
Healty life and successfull.
Nice

This is effing horrible. She can't sing on pitch and neither can the guys singing backup.
Good evening for everybody. This is a song from Aldious, right? With Saki as vocalist. What is the name of the Song? Arigatougozaimasu.
Yozakura
@@Dante_Bruno thank you
Why didn't they hire her when R!N quit? She was guesting at the same time R!N was.

No, that is Saki, ex vocalist of Cynthia, not Saki, the guitarist.
You can't tell the difference between a woman and a man?
The guitarist is a male famous guitar teacher named Shinichi Kobayashi (小林信一), Mina of Fate Gear (Destrose) was one of his students in music school.

What a boring performance of the band. The vocalist comletely lacks of energy and charisma. I want Rami back (or R!n or Maki)!
Maki!!!!!
