- Austin and Cam set out to find the best Food Truck food by heading to a local Food Truck Rally, only to have the rug ripped out from under them when they get there. For whatever reason, the Food Truck Rally was CANCELLED, leaving them with no Food Trucks to pick between. Call it luck or divine intervention from the Lord above, Austin and Cam get some info that there is only 1 Food Truck in the area; Taste of Louisiana! Turns out, Austin and Cam have never had Creole Food, so this Louisiana Food Truck is the perfect Food Truck to start this new Food Taste Test Mukbang series! They tried Shrimp Po Boy, Cajun Container, Friend Shrimp, Collard Greens, Red Beans and Rice, Friend Chicken, Cajun Crab Fries, Sweet Tea, and a handful of other delicious dishes! What Southern food did they miss out on that they should try next? Better yet, what Food Truck should they try next?!

I'm a texan who dreams of having real Louisiana food. I'm always hearing delicious food stories.
Collards are a type of green like spinach. It is a plant all its own. You can also get turnip greens and mustard greens cooked the same way. They are all great but have all a distinctive taste.
As a native North Carolinian collard greens are boiled for hours and smells similar to cabbage and are really good wit a tiny bit of vinegar added right b4 u eat it. Very southern dish and very easy to mess up if not seasoned properly and very delicious when made right! I love y’alls videos plz never stop!

Watching Cams happy-food dance and then watching him eat the fish had me make hubby take me to pick up some fried fish... and I don’t even eat fish!! I stopped the video at 8:53 and we left. Yep....thems grits. I had some for breakfast this morning with country ham, biscuits and red-eye gravy. So good. My favorite greens are turnip greens with ham hocks. My plate would be the catfish, red beans and rice and the grits.

This is why we stayed in Lafayette Louisiana (35 years 7 months and 2 weeks), well plus all the parties and festivals.
Louisiana has some of the best food. We live in New Orleans and even on vacation we miss our food. 💚💜💛

I live in Louisiana, and my favorite food is fried catfish, my late great uncle Joe used to make the best fried catfish. He would sometimes baby sit me after school if my folks were busy and he would sometimes have fried catfish freshly made, or he would also let me help him make the fried catfish. Then we would sit at the kitchen island so I could do homework while eating supper. Then after supper and homework we would tend to the cattle he ranched.
Also, y'all should visit here one day, you need to try crawfish, it is awesome. They look like mini lobsters, my favorite dish with crawfish is fried crawfish tails, our local resturant Tail Gators has the best ones, and they serve them in a giant basket that could be probably two meals.
