Considering the size of Hololive when she started, to the size Hololive has now that she is leaving, I would say she certainly accomplished it.
Without her and Sora. Hololive will be just another Tech consultant company.
Not yet. We are close but still far from the goal. The Dogers Collab, new office in NA, Justice appearing in EU, are steps forward to the goal of Global domination/influence outside of the vtuber industry.

She started when she was 17, and now at age 24 when she's leaving she has achieved more than most people will in their whole lifetime. She was undoubtedly the best staff in the vtuber scene and she will be missed by the talents, the fans, and certainly also by the staff. I hope she'll return to Cover one day.
Even if she isn't hired back by Cover, her experience and connections in the industry will be a boon to whoever picks her up next.
But concentrating on her family's well-being is her priority now.

I believe A-chan hired Nodoka in order to split the work as the company grew. Cover has also put out a posting for Content Director for EN as well (with 4 female Gens and 3 Holostars tempus Gens that will be needed)
They do. Hololive didn't just put out one job listing, but multiples. A-chan was literally doing the work of several people. ;)

A-chan is that young ? That is an impressive first job to have.
It's a normal job resembling High School (which are non-manadatory and often private institutions) club activity. The explicit purpose of clubs is to get managerial work experience, and many Japanese people who don't go to High School start working at 14. If their prefecture doesn't allow their age to consent for that, it'll wait until 16. In USA you can't even properly start pretending to be an adult until age 21. Which pushes them to even START a job like A-cahn to a good 24, all so the old generation wouldn't suffer layoffs.
This is why American obsession with consent is so disgusting, because they have so many people like child actors, chaperoned into a business THEY don't consent to, their PARENTS do, that's how consent works. Sex is an unusual exception because you can only wait until you ACTUALLY are able to produce consent FOR YOURSELF.
In America there's no such thing as equal partnership, EVERY contract is viewed as coercion by higher authorit. And your active participation with consent may be annulled at the drop of a hat, by "retracting" your cosnent. Making your contract negotiation leverage nonexistent. That's NOT consent, consent is different from agreement. Consent means you understand the risks of the partnership like it was SOLO action by both of you, and don't delude yourself that some later reimbursmenet when things go wrong is THE AUTHORITY covering up for you. It was your consent to mitigate the risk, but instead it's a supposed lottery win of an even BETTER deal.
Because of this mindset Americans see everythinga s a tradeoff, even crime is not ACTUALLY illegal, you just have to "pay the debt to society". That's why nothing is actually prevented, more than that, everyone gets a highrr GDP for all the commerce. You can buy yourself anything for an amount of time in prison, which is a money laundering business working alongside the war industry and needs that solid 2 Million incarcerated. 11% of all the world's prisoners. They'll cycle you in an out when spots open, even for petty crime like drug use.
@@sboinkthelegday3892 I don't really disagree with most of what you're saying but you should note that tons of kids in the US are working by 18, if not 16. At least during the summer, but often during the school year as well just with less hours. A similar story as her's but in the US would just likely start at 18 instead of 17.

As far as I can tell, you're saying that despite the obsession with "consent", the concept of consent itself is either misinterpreted or isn't applied in certain areas (e.g. employment)? And even legal adults are not forming a truly consensual relationship when signing an employment contract *because* that contract typically puts them in a dependant position relative to the employer, which they are aware of and don't (internally) agree with, but agree to sign the contract anyway because they are betting on an outside entity (presumably a government-affiliated one) to help if things go wrong?
Did I get that right, or did I miss or misunderstand something?

And through their perseverance A-chan has allowed millions more to have dreams of enjoying Hololive or even becoming Vtuber talents / idols which was never even imagines before.

I know it's sad but I'm honestly in awe of her. If you look at her career, she's essentially spent almost a decade in one of Japan and the world's foremost production companies. That's an INSANE career, not to mention a FIRST JOB for a career.
Imagine in comes this 20 year old who has a decade's experience in production, local and international, VR experience, concert and events experience, talent management and probably an entire book's worth of technical experience.
She's literally the Intern with 10 years of experience you see on entry jobs.

You're absolutely right. I think Yagoo still would have noticed how huge Kizuna A.I was getting, and might have tried breaking in, but it wouldn't be the same, and it might have even failed completely.
I will always remember that one stream where they try to pretend to either eat or not eat something spicy and if I remember it correctly chat had to guess if they are lying or telling the truth.

i believe she fulfilled her dream by a lot, have the same weight as a talent in the company, remembering that she learned english on demand (probably knew a bit earlier) because the en branch.

Before you, there has never been a v tuber staff or even any online staff resignation that makes many people becomes so sad/mourning and so many wishing the best. Every good company requires a head, muscle, and a skeleton support crew, and most importantly, a heart. A-Chan is most definitely the heart.
TO be the beating heart of a start up tech company setting a standard for passion and healthy cooperate culture. She set the ground work and played directly into why Hololive has had such good talent retention, you can find so many clips of members saying A-chan is one of the people that kept them on. She also was content director for so many of the events, and concerts we've all come to enjoy. All these achievements and she's not even in her mid 20's that amazing and hat's off to her on wherever life takes her next, she will be missed by fans and none JP talent's. She really was the Hololive GOAT.
I really wish there were an in-depth biography book that covers (pun intended) the early days of Hololive to this day.

Just like the appearance of Yagoo becoming crazy popular, Friend A put a model on screen to help the other girls but was often requested to do her own. Honestly though like she's basically a founder of the hololive brand been there since day 1 as manager/ support staff for sora evolved to an on screen talent became the lead live event manager for a bit right gets sick recently and leaves the company like I have a few ideas but I'd say it's more likely she got a better offer or wants to cut down her workload after the most recent health scare right? I mean hopefully the health scare is really over and she's not leaving so she doesn't have to worry fans if she ends up passing but that is like a non zero percent possibility I also feel like there's a possibility she's still with the company she's just not going to be the face of the company anymore and telling us she's leaving is easier than people constantly hounding the company to put her back on the main channel but Honestly what do alot of people after leaving she'll probably take some time off travel and then come back in some form or another indies ect so like yeah we Honestly can speculate all we want but unless we get more specific statement from someone it sounds like she just wants a change of pace

Hopefully Hololive has a good A-chan backup or she stays in contact. I think it's reasonable to believe that a big part of Hololive's success is having someone within the company that you can consult with as if they were a friend. (because they ARE a friend)

If I remember correctly when hololive had low views many of them are considering to graduate which include Suisei and Miko(probably i forgor) but they consulted with A-chan and she managed to persuade them to stay and now they became this big so certainly she is the best staff in the vtuber community

she didnt exaggerate the way she explains if shes the best enough, because she is a bridge of support to holoen when it first announced, same goes to holostars (to fulfill yagoo's dream as well, since its his personal project) and now recruiting europeans to be heard by many existing fans out there. kizuna is streaming some arg interaction game on her channel, idk if thats a sign of her comeback, but she did vtubing a thing in the first place, and holopro, or a-chan rather keeps that trend going.
