I have the same model. 1- pay attention on the way that you look the rotary arm there is only one way to do it and you didn’t! 2- the gelato i readi when you hear the machine starts to have truble to mix the icecream! You can understand it because the arm starts to stop to rotate a little bit and after restart! I hope my sugestions are helpfull for you! Sorry for the english I m Italian!
Tanti errori: 1) non ha posizionato bene le pale, quindi girano male 2) la miscela non si versa al centro sulle pale perché non deve bagnarsi il perno centrale, altrimenti danneggia il motore
