Great video. Thank you for teaching me that. I was panicking on how I was going to do it when I drove home in the dark tonight. I really appreciate people like you.
Many thanks! Was able to replace mine as a result of this video. The clip on my vehicle, however, WASN'T broken, and took some doing to unclip it. The release is UNDER the clip itself. I used a flat-head screwdriver to get under the clip (came in from the middle of the engine), and pressed down on it while someone else wiggled the light fixture free. Hope this helps someone in the future!
Cary Hall, Damn, sounds like a poor design. That’s probably why this guy didn’t have a clip on it, because he probably bought it used and somebody else just broke it and said screw it.
I appreciate it. Couldn’t decide if I should take the whole thing off or not do to my lager hands making it seem way to hard to make it work it. Really appreciate you and youtube in general haha
My girlfriend has this exact car and she’s afraid to drive at night because of the head light Now I can be her knight in shining armor and fix her headlight
You should mention not to touch the glass part of the new bulb. It will shorten the life of the bulb. Maybe you mentioned it but I'm also watching football so maybe I missed it.
This is not accurate for a 2004 model. There are screws to release the bulb area. Also the turn light and head lamp is separate does not come out all in one piece
I have this year & can confirm the headlight has screws to help retain the bulbs. You only have to loosen them. You do not need to completely remove. Different manufactures of the headlamps either use a normal phillips head screw, but some use a torx head screw. So be prepared with a bit set on hand
The ratchet is just a ratchet, it is not a 10mm ratchet. What you are referring to is a 10mm socket. And those are bolts, not screws. Thank you. Rant over.

I thought the V6 2WD Vue engine is only Honda made in the 2007
No, I have an ‘06 V6 and can confirm it has the 3.5L Honda engine.
You beauty!. Thanks.
Does it require two sets of bulbs to replace all of them? 9005 & 9006
