There is Dharma in the drama | Sr Bội Nghiêm | Apr 02 2023

Sister Bội Nghiêm shares that there is no expiration date on grief. Using personal anecdotes, she helps us understand how we can transform our suffering. She extends the adage ‘No mud, no lotus’ into ‘no drama, no Dharma’. Using accessible stories she leads us out of the drama by going through the Dharma. All suffering is impermanent and she teaches us to learn to control our thoughts and be aware of our wrong perceptions. But, she says, don’t wait for drama to learn the Dharma!
