So well renovated & appointed. I grew up in Mexico & all the old villas were in the same style w/ same floor plan. This keeps the rooms cool & is also very safe.
There a lot of similarities with somewhere like San Miguel de Allende. That's because Spanish architecture wes heavily influenced by the Moroccans during their imperial rule ...
Been Marrakech its gorgeous..years ago. Looks similar to where we stayed 5 us. Lovely country 2000 millennium..My God 22 years ago scary:)

Morocco is my country and I always go there but I have never seen a house like this! A villa like this in America would cost billions so its actually pretty affordable. Still wouldn't move to morocco though. I'm too used to the variety of ethnicty here 😅

Stunning Riad and a well presented tour. Does the price include everything you see minus any personal possessions of the owners of course? Does it include the furniture, rugs, textiles, wall hangings etc., and all the trees and plants in their pots especially on the terraces?
It is sold turnkey. There are some personal possessions yet basically everything you see is included.

Kitchens are often weak in historical riads. The idea is that the lady and master of the house don't go there. Your staff do the cooking. I prefer a big modern kitchen ... there's room in here to do one.

Riad kitchens are often fairly weak. This one is actually pretty good.
Super Riyad avec un magnifique design,mais je vois que la couleur des murs est un peu démodé.L'ingenieur du décor doit tâcher à ce qu'il y ait une certaine compatibilité entre les meubles et les couleurs de l'interieur,rien n'est laissé au hasard

Why are you selling these to strangers and externalizing our cultural heritage?
This beautiful Riad was in ruins when it was first bought by a foreigner 20 years ago. It has been saved for the future through foreign investment.
IT'S VERY SMALL THOUGH!! ESPECIALLY BEDROOMS..YEAH NOT IMPRESSED..AT ALL
It has a 390m2 footprint. That's a pretty big Riad! It has been restored to a fabulous standard whilst respecting the proportions of the original building. A superb property.
Its a Riad, not a palace....or a villa..and its downtime where finding such a large footprint is not a given
The worst what you can do is to ruin a beautiful, unique property with tasteless approach to interior design and furniture!
When you buy it you can do your own interior design and furnishing.
