1- Yes. Malefic gun is better due to movement speed that it gives. 2- Not sure but if it does trigger, then it’s a core item for YSS. 3- I don’t think the new YSS needs it that much anymore because of how much he can sustain. Of course I have no access to advanced server so my opinion is just based on the video itself.
Hunter strike and War axe are core items. Malefic gun is a good substitute for Malefic roar coz of the range buff. Also when you trigger the passive when switching weapons the CDR of S1 and S2 decrease so the skills are almost spammable hence Endless battle ain't that bad on YSS. Hope that helps and correct me if I'm wrong.

Makefic gun is shit penetration% on yss,might aswell roar for more penet%,if ur good at his passive ofc,and endless is a core item,i prefer war axe for more cdr and sustain(current yss)
If you're as squishy as a marksman and you have to dive in the teamfight to do a melee attack you might as well have a little sustain, 7:25 he almost died here all because he had to go near alpha to do damage
I miss the old yss where his ultimate would steal reveal enemies on the whole map and deal miniscule amounts of DMG. Another comment I'd like is that his healing effect may not have been necassary since endless battle had alr resolve that problem. It felt that the revamp was unnecessary since yss had been very consistent in his years in ml, or even slightly popular in rank games. Additionally it also felt that the developers had to change some of the mechanics of yss due to being an old hero with old mechanics. Though I appreciate the fact that they have keep some of mechanics as it was essentially the cornerstone of what yss is as a unique hero

I guess the all those buffs and changes are enough to make his controversial ult change more acceptable, but I think they should make it so that Yi Sun-shin can instead just choose where to give vision, instead of just where he's standing (even if they make the vision range slightly more smaller), so that he can give vision better.
Now that I think about it, they could just add the healing effect and the boat appearing when using ult and everything would be good for orig server yss. The new 3rd skill is good in terms of damage, but I like the old one more because that global skill is so good for securing kills, objective and it also forces the enemies to split up on team fights.

What is wrong with his enhanced basis atcks? The sounds feels like when he's hitting without enhanced, and it doesn't have the glowing animation. I wish the collector skin is unchanged

This version is way too broken they should lower the range of the ult to half that way it's more balance.
