Noah’s one of the coolest, most likeable athletes out there who readily admits when he falls short of standards (e.g., 21.1), so this is not a criticism of him. But, his judge dropped the ball here. The DU reps were 49, 50, 49, 49, 49, 49. Arguably the fittest athlete in the world at one of the premiere training facilities has a judge who could cost him several penalties with no time to repeat the test. Noah should be able to rely on his judge’s count, but I guess not in this instance. I’m gonna be upset if that incompetence affects Noah’s placement
I strongly and respectfully disagree . As almost a decade of being an elite cf athlete .... Noah should know how to count to 50, not his judge. His judge is not a professional judge. He has a paper cert from a $10 online judges course. 99% Noah’s fault . 1% judge’s fault.
Fair enough. I’m all about personal responsibility, so I agree Noah bears responsibility too. I guess my point is, I see the judge as an opportunity to save the athlete from himself/herself. I think a “no rep” should be seen as a gift that says, I’m saving you from a penalty or invalidation. A professional writer appreciates a good proofreader who catches every typo. If Noah’s judge isn’t doing that, what’s he there for? I also agree the athlete should count too, but sometimes athletes understandably lose count and have to ask their judge what rep they’re on. A decent judge is reliable in that situation
Double unders are also THE hardest movement to count reps on. Ive been doing crossfit for 10 years, and judging people for 6, and i still massively struggle with it to be honest. A genuine mistake, depends if HQ pick it up and choose to penalise. Ultimately, they might add what, 10s if they're harsh? I know it affects placement, but wont too much for him i expect
Agree, Jakes kipping were no where near being legit reps - very poor judging , which generally gives CrossFit such a bad reputation, amongst purists, judge should have called him

I've watched this at least 5 times and I swear Noah only did 49 dubs.... He's super fast so I could've missed one but sheesh.... Anyone else get that count?
I came here to watch Noah and instead was so locked on to Jake! What a beast!!!!
All of your playlists at TTT are absolute fire!! Please can I have them :D
I don’t think it‘s humanly possible to go faster than Jake in this workout.
Only way would be to muscle clean the dbs instead of using swing
😂😂😂
Love that this content is posted so quick. -1 point for the bad audio
Think that’s on purpose because of copyright
Wanna see all these boys at the games !!
Can we get the playlist ?
Damn you guys where flyyyyiing! Just watching this get's me hyped up!
The music is Great 😍 is ist on Spotify¿
Love how we congratulate each other frfr. Love it
Treating the dumbbells with so much respect! IYKYK
Either someone forgot to sync the audio or they just went so fast that they entered the damn quantum realm
correct me if i´m wrong but all the firsts reps on the hang cleans from jake are no reps , aren´t they?
Maybe because of music copyright claims

The first one was for sure a no rep by the standards. They explicitly say you have to stand up to full lock out before starting
Yes, they are. You have to full stand first before doing the first movement of the hang clean.
My goodness! That's some crazy fast dubs as well!
This is demoralizingly fast! 🤣 I need 20 seconds rest between strict HSPUS and they do half a round in that time...👏👏👏💪
Love the videos, keep it up team!!

All the curls 💪🏼
I like how Noah’s judge is scratching his arm while counting the dubs :)
I’m struggling with the fact that Noah doesn’t go to his actual shoulders with the dumbbells... isn’t that required?
@L F You are a real charmer.
The audio is doubled over. Am I on drugs?
That was insanely fast
The cf leaderboard has Noah’s time at 6.25.. why?
Penalty

Noah's DB cleans, if I saw that in a public gym I'd go WTF lol!
so f*cking god new intro
Noahs don't look like hang cleans. almost looks like he bounces off his legs. i'd love to see him win the whole thing this year.
He will never win
Berman is pumped he beat Noah lol
That was gross all around. Bring on the wall balls and rowing. Trevor should beat all the shorties on that one.
Go Trevor!
Lots of no extension, HSPU--Jake
Look at his reps compared to Rich and Noah,,,,,no comparison

Holy fuck that was fast
It is so difficult to judge those cleans they are going fast as hell
bro jake is fastttt
Second!!!
Those Hang cleans are on the edge..at least! Or no reps..the only guy doing it right is the one on the far right.
