Godzilla and the Kaiju are much fatter than a human, so I would expect them to weigh 20000 to 50000 when 90m high. I wonder if the kaiju weights are all off by a multiple of 10.

Godzilla is mostly swimming in the water where he isn't carrying all that weight. Godzilla needs really thick legs just to stand on land. His legs would break if they weren't that bulky. A lot of the kaiju on land move on 4 legs which may or may not effect how the weight is distributed. Idk im not a biologist.
godzilla earth armor is pretty tough and i don’t think any pacific rim could break the armor that godzilla has, and godzilla atomic breath is pretty powerful and since the pacific rim kaijus armor aren’t that good, i think an atomic breath could wipe out any pacific kaijus.
