Federal Funding Opportunities for Main Streets: RCP and RAISE

Guest Speakers from USDOT joined representatives from Decatur, AL and Harrisonburg, VA to discuss two grant opportunities that can be put to use on Main Streets: the Reconnecting Communities Pilot (RCP) Grant Program, and the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant Program.
